Michelle Mawby is a Registered Interior Designer and principal of Lucid Interior Design. She has spearheaded the boutique design firm through over 200 large scale projects and has shared her knowledge of design & decor on numerous television shows and expert talks. She holds her NCIDQ, National Council for Interior Design Qualification, & BCIN, Building Code Identification Number, and is professional member of IDC: Interior Designers of Canada, and ARIDO: Association of Interior Designers of Ontario.
She is the host of Weekend Reno on Cottage Life Television, was the original resident design expert on The Marilyn Denis Show on CTV and regular guest expert on CBC’s Steven & Chris. Having previously lived and practiced in Amsterdam, London, California and Canada’s West Coast before making Toronto her home, Michelle draws on her extensive travels and continuing studies in design, history and architecture to craft highly personalized spaces with functionality in mind, ensuring liveable elegance down to the smallest detail.
